A gentleman came in and said he found a fly rod on route 100 that was as Orvis rod. He said if you lost an Orvis rod somewhere on Route 100 you could give him a call and identify it to him and he'd return it to you.

Surprisingly we live in a state where this is pretty common. One of the good things about being here. I found a rod at the EO that was returned. A nice TLS rod and the owner was sure happy to get it back.
I lost a Sage RPLXi out near Oquossic a couple of years ago. It had my name on it and everything. Never saw it again. I still shed a tear! I guess I'd rather someone be using it than have it lying in the grass somewhere... sort of...maybe...not really.
